I used the Color Coach to choose my colors: Rose Red with Not Quite Navy and River Rock. |
Here's the inside. I stamped off before stamping the card stock. |
A few days ago, I got a call from a long lost friend, Marilyn. She and I worked together at a doctor's office from 1989-1991. This was by first real job that I got while I was a senior in college. (Do the math if you're interested in determining my age, LOL!) Marilyn and I stayed in touch for a while, then lost touch, then found each other again via Facebook. Years ago, Marilyn moved to Ohio and she's back visiting a friend Jessie who also worked at the same doctor's office. After 20+ years we're getting together for lunch. I'm so tickled to see them again! Marilyn and Jessie will be getting a set of greeting cards including this one.
Let me know what you think of this card. How do you think it would look with some in-colors like Midnight Muse and Raspberry Ripple?
Stay tuned for more creations using stamp sets and accessories that I received at convention.
Stamps: Lacy & Lovely
Paper: River Rock, Very Vanilla
Ink: Rose Red, Not Quite Navy, River Rock
Accessories: Rose Red seam binding, Basic Rhinestones
Happy Stamping!

Beautiful color combo! I love what you did with this stamp set and the rhinestones add the perfect embellishment! I agree MM & RR would be gorgeous as well!
