Elementary Elegance Sale-a-Bration Card

This is another card that I designed for my Sale-a-Bration stamp camp featuring the exclusive Sale-a-Bration stamp set called Elementary Elegance.
This card uses several Sale-a-Bration items: the Elementary Elegance stamp set, the Everyday Enchantment designer series paper, and the Everyday Enchantment ribbon & brad pack.  I love how the bird image from the stamp set matches the designer series paper.

During my first Sale-a-Bration stamp camp I gave participants an option of creating a Lucky Limeade or Calypso Coral version.  Sorry that I don't have a photo of the coral version.

By popular demand I'll be holding an encore presentation of my Sale-a-Bration stamp camp next Tuesday the 28th at my house at 10 am.  Please contact me if you're interested in attending.  I can also bring my stamp camp to you and five or more of your friends.  Just let me know.

Stamps: Elementary Elegance (earn this stamp set for free with a $50 purchase!)
Paper: Lucky Limeade, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Everyday Enchantment designer series paper (earn this dsp for free with a $50 purchase!)
Ink: Pool Party, Crumb Cake
Accessories: Curly Label punch, Everyday Enchantment ribbon & brad pack (earn this pack for free with a $50 purchase!)

Everyday Enchantment Thank Yous

Good Monday morning!  I created some Thank You cards for my friend Liz who just had her baby boy.  These are clean and simple cards.  I made two versions:

You can see the sparkle of the Champagne Mist shimmer paint in this photo.

I was pleased with how they turned out. Good thing about these cards is that they won't need any extra postage to mail.  Please tell me what you think about them.

Stay tuned because I'll be showing you a stepped-up version of this card using the Twitterpated dsp.

Stamps: Friendly Phrases
Paper: Whisper White, Everyday Enchantment dsp
Ink: Calypso Coral
Accessories: Big Shot, Adorning Accents textured impressions embossing folder, Five Petal Flower punch,  Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack, bone folder, Stampin' Dimensionals, Everyday Enchantment ribbon, Champagne Mist shimmer paint and alcohol spray

Happy Stamping!

A Clean and Simple Card

Here is a comment left on my blog the other day, "For instance, if the user flies to Japan and he wants to fax something to a client in Australia, all he needs is a phone line. Of course that was after I had already given the number out like crazy."  ...I don't get it, do you?

I made this card while playing around with Stampin' Up!'s new adorning accents edgelits and coordinating embossing folders.  Anyone can make these clean and simple cards in a matter of minutes.  (That is, unless you are interrupted by four needy children.  It took me two days, LOL!)  I got the idea from a demonstrator on Stampin' Connection.

Stamps: Friendly Phrases
Paper: Whisper White, Everyday Enchantment dsp (Sale-a-Bration)
Ink: Lucky Limeade
Accessories: Big Shot, Beautiful Wings embosslits die, Adorning Accents edgelits and embossing folder, Everyday Enchantment Ribbon and Brad pack (SAB)

Freshly Made Sketches Challenge Sale-a-Bration Style!

I've been wanting to play with my new Sale-a-Bration items.  This week's Freshly Made Sketches challenge gave me the push to put the ink to the paper.

I'm tickled that I caught the glimmer of the shimmer paint spray in the photo : )
A little details: I ran the Lucky Limeade card stock through the Big Shot using the hearts Adorning Accents embossing folder then adhered the Pool Party ruffled ribbon with sticky strip.  Then, I added a little depth to the stamped frame and the sentiment by sponging with Soft Suede ink and adhering both layers using Stampin' Dimensionals.  Next, I stamped the key stamp from the Elementary Elegance stamp set and punch it out with the Jewelry Tag punch, then added a few more tags to the Vintage Trinkets pin.  Last, I sprayed the card with Champagne Mist shimmer paint mixed with alcohol in a spray bottle.

Here's the sketch:

Stamps: Elementary Elegance, You're a Gem
Paper: Very Vanilla, Pool Party, Poppy Parade, Lucky Limeade, Soft Suede, Calypso Coral, Everyday Enchantment designer series paper
Ink: Lucky Limeade, Soft Suede
Accessories: Big Shot, Adorning Accents tief, Curly Label punch, Jewelry Tag punch, Vintage Trinkets, Champagne Mist Shimmer paint,  Pool Party ribbon, sticky strip, Stampin' Dimensionals

PS- My card looks very similar to Diana Gibbs' card.  However, I came up with the idea independently of hers. Kinda strange.
